By the light of the Buck or Thunder Moon?

It was a gorgeous sunset and I never thought for one minute the moon would be so incredible. The temps are suppose to be hot hot hot tomorrow through the weekend. The moon was huge and a glorious red. Z2 and I chased the moon for a picture. By the time we reached the house, the moon hadn't arrived yet, so the family missed the real thing.
July is normally the month when the new antlers of buck deer push out of their foreheads in coatings of velvety fur. It was also often called the Full Thunder Moon, for the reason that thunderstorms are most frequent during this time. I prefer the Thunder Moon!
